-The Artistry and Romance of Film Photography
-Personalized Service
-Competitively Priced

Working with antique cameras is more than a career, it's our contagious passion!   We love traditional and alternative photography: the smell of the weathered leather, the feel of the knobs, the "ker-plunk" of a roller shutter, and the look of a well-crafted photograph. From figuring out how to use available film stocks in our antique cameras, to searching out cool props, and getting our subjects to look their best, we truly have a great time as we work very hard to make amazing memories set in silver.

The Big Film Camera brings the excitement and artistry of traditional old-school studio photography right to your event.  Automated machinery?  We wouldn't dare!  Each image is carefully composed, with our shots created in-camera, just the same as when silver imaging ruled. We aim to draw you and your guests into photographic time travel as each photo becomes a bit of impromptu art making with a dash of wizardry thrown in.

We'll work with you and your planner to make sure your wedding or event experience is the best ever! We can customize to work perfectly with your plans, from how we shoot, to props, to printing your graphics on photo folders.
